On the dates from February 24 to 28, we have carried out our Jobshadowing in Livorno, hosted by the LINC Cooperative. Each mobility experience enriches the way we work in our organizations, but this one in a very special way has transformed us especially. In particular, we have learned about new cloud organization processes and have strengthened our links between the two organizations.
All the participants have become aware that we must adapt to the new work processes in the cloud, and that is not just uploading files to folders, it is optimizing the way of organization.
During the time that we have been there, we have thought of many suggestions and changes to propose within our organization to improve ourselves every day.
For its results, we consider the FUTURE 2.0 DIGITAL project one of the most successful projects on this topic for our organization.
