Description
This intensive mindfulness training program provided participants with essential skills and techniques for stress management, emotional regulation, and enhanced interpersonal communication. The workshop focused on developing mindfulness practices applicable to both personal development and professional adult education contexts. Participants engaged in guided meditation sessions, mindfulness exercises, and group activities designed to foster deeper self-awareness and strengthen team relationships through contemplative practices.
