Women's Empowerment Training

The Women’s Empowerment and Leadership Course is based on the “FEMPOWER: Find your Roots and Spread your Wings” methodology, developed within the framework of an Erasmus+ project in cooperation with organisations from Germany, Greece, Lithuania and Spain.

This training programme was created to support women in their personal and professional development by providing them with tools to build self-confidence, recognise their strengths and face new challenges in both their personal and working lives.

Description

The training programme consists of a 13-module learning pathway covering different aspects related to personal development, leadership and equal opportunities. Throughout the course, participants explore topics such as self-esteem, communication, emotional management, work-life balance, women’s leadership and the creation of support networks.

The methodology combines theoretical content with practical activities, reflection exercises and participatory dynamics, creating a learning environment that is close, inclusive and adapted to the needs of each group.
