Personal Development Training through Storytelling
The Personal Development and Social Skills Workshops are based on the Stories4Wings methodology, developed within the framework of an Erasmus+ project that uses storytelling as a tool for learning, reflection and personal growth.
The methodology is based on the idea that stories and shared experiences can become an educational resource that promotes self-awareness, strengthens relationships with others and encourages the development of essential skills for personal and social life.
Description
Through stories, group dynamics and participatory activities, participants work on different skills and values that help them face everyday challenges, build self-confidence and improve their participation in the community.
The activities are designed to create inclusive and participatory learning environments where each person can express their experiences, share their views and learn from the experiences of others.
The workshops are suitable for different age groups, profiles and intervention contexts and are particularly appropriate for people in vulnerable situations or at risk of social exclusion, such as migrants, young people, older adults and people undergoing social reintegration processes.
