Training in European Projects
The European Project Development and Management course is aimed at professionals, social organisations, public administrations, educational staff and young people interested in learning about European funding opportunities and acquiring the skills needed to design and manage international projects.
The training provides a practical overview of all stages of the project cycle, from identifying funding opportunities and designing project proposals to implementation, management, evaluation and dissemination of results.
Contents
Participants work on key aspects related to:
- The main European funding programmes, particularly Erasmus+.
- The design and planning of European projects.
- The creation of partnerships and international cooperation networks.
- The administrative and financial management of projects.
- The monitoring, evaluation and communication of project results.
The sessions are based on real examples and on AIFED’s experience in developing and coordinating European projects, bringing participants closer to the reality of managing international initiatives.
